I did not like this film and I do not recommend seeing it in the theaters. It is full of special effects, monsters and heroic characters and it looks pretty spectacular but this film is completely empty and pointless and i wish I did not spend my hard-earned cash on this film, it was definitely not worth it. The main character was boring and all other characters are just there to spit out stupid one liners and fight CGI created monsters, it was a complete waste of my time. There was no excitement, no suspense and any sense of adventure and i barely made it to the end of this film.

I normally like this type of movie, but don't waste your time. . . really. I expect CGI; after all it isn't "Driving Miss Daisy." But human flesh and bone going through stone, then again flying lava doesn't burn skin, feather or fur? Not done well at all.

Wrath of the Titans is the sequel no one seemed to be asking for, but you know movie studios. If there is money to be made, they'll throw a bunch of special effects on a screen, call it a film, and hope for the best. Really, all this movie is is special effects. The story is pretty incidental. Perseus, 10 years after defeating the Kraken in the first film, is living in a quaint fishing village with his son, and doesn't spend much time thinking about his dad, Zeus. Zeus, on the other hand, is thinking a lot about his son. People are losing faith in the gods, and thus, they are losing their power. This is bad, because Zeus's evil brother Hades has made a deal with their father Kronos to capture Zeus. This sends the reluctant Perseus into action, and unleashes a bunch of action sequences that make absolutely no sense. I'm not sure what it takes to get hired as a director these days, but it sure isn't the ability to keep your audiences from getting confused. I couldn't tell who had won until the scene was over, and even then, sometimes I still couldn't tell. The acting goes from knowingly cheeky (Liam Neeson, Ralph Fiennes, Bill Nighy) to not much acting at all (Sam Worthington, who should be very thankful he has a career). It's a giant mess that makes no sense, as a story and as a movie no one was really pining after.

I thought this film was just like any other big budget Hollywood film: it was dull, full of amazing special effects that overshadowed everything else and finally it was absolutely pointless. I know many people will say that this film is entertaining and fun to watch but I did not find it entertaining at all because I like when films have a purpose and a message and this movie was all about the visuals. I also found the dialogue to be laughable and incredibly stupid and I truly felt bad for the actors who had to act in this film. I saw the film in 3D and I do have to admit that it looked amazing but it is not enough for me, i would have liked some substance.

This film is only about being visually amazing and everything else falls flat. Now, for some people that is completely enough and I do not judge them. If you come to a movie theater only to turn off your mind and emerge in visual world then this film is for you. The movie looks incredible and you will get lost in amazing visuals and special effects that are definitely very impressive. I saw this film in IMAX 3D and it was definitely worth the extra cash, however for me it is not enough. I want a film to have some sort of purpose and this film had no purpose and no idea behind it. I did not care about the characters because they were less important than the visual effects and were lost in all the amazing backgrounds of the film. Overall, this film will be a guilty pleasure for a lot of people but i was not impressed.

I thought this film was totally awesome and i highly recommend seeing it in the theaters. This film looked so freaking amazing that my jaw was open throughout the whole film and i almost could not believe what I was seeing. It was absolutely amazing visually and I was truly blown away. I do not know why the critics are hating on this film and saying that it is not interesting, I thought it was great and the story was very interesting and engaging. I thought the acting in the film was great and it was awesome to see Liam Neeson as Zeus, he was very believable in that role. Overall, this film was highly entertaining and if you want to have fun I recommend seeing it in the theaters.

I thought this film was totally awesome and I highly recommend seeing it in the theaters. This movie looked so cool and I was blown away by the special effects, we saw this film in 3D and it was definitely worth the extra cash. This film is all about engaging your senses and I was definitely engaged and loved every second of it. The cast was absolutely wonderful and I was very impressed and loved to see Liam Neeson in this film, he was a great Zeus. This film is highly entertaining and I can label it as guilty pleasure, I think most people will have a great time watching this film.

I do not like films that primarily rely on special effects and this film was exactly like that. My boyfriend dragged me to see this film and I knew from the very beginning that I will be extremely bored during this film. Unfortunately, I was not wrong and most of the film was terrible and boring. The film is so overwhelmed with special effects that you forget to follow the story and in the end you get lost and confused and bored out of your mind, well at least I was, my boyfriend seemed to love it so I guess it all depends on one’s taste. Overall, this was not my kind of film and I do not recommend seeing it in the theaters.

This was definitely not my kind of film and i did not have a good time watching it. The film was overflowed with special effects and the actors got lost in them, it was almost sad to watch. I also found the dialogue to be really ridiculous and I felt bad for the actors who had to be in this film. I took mythology in school and it is fascinating for me to see Hollywood trying to adapt all those myths on the big screen and it is failing miserably. Because it is so overstuffed with special effects the story gets lost and the characters get lost as well. Overall, I do not recommend seeing this film in the theaters because it is not good at all.
